Resumen This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 17 articles, lays down details on the protection of bees, birds, aquatic organisms and certain other non-target organisms in the use of plant protection products, and sampling method to investigate the cause of death of bees, birds and fish, which can be caused by the use of plant protection products. In particular, plant protection product, which is specified in accordance with its designation for terrestrial vertebrates as dangerous or especially dangerous, can not be applied in game preserves, pheasant and in farm animals, and at such distance from the defined above where there is a risk that the plant protection product can still be dangerous.
