Resumen

This Decree here determines the competent authorities and criminal provisions related to the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 1925/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the addition of vitamins and minerals and of certain other substances to foods. The competent authority for the implementation of Regulation 1925/2006/EC is the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, in the part in which they refer to food for special nutritional or health purposes and food or food in the catering industry, institutional food establishments and establishments for nutrition at work, and the Ministry of Health. Official control over the implementation of Regulation 1925/2006/EC shall be carried out by the Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia for Agriculture, Forestry and Food, in the part that relates to foods of animal origin, the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia and in the part that relates to foods for special nutritional or health purposes and on foodstuffs or food in the hospitality industry, institutional catering establishments and catering establishments at work, Health Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia.
