This Act enters into force on 15 August 2007.
Resumen

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of eight articles and five Annexes, lays down provisions concerning: recognition and testing propagating material of cultivated plants; registration of suppliers and issuing of certificates of competency capability of suppliers; training and professional examination due to par.4 of the Act concerning the functions of public authorities relating to the registration of varieties of cultivated plants and the marketing of propagating material of cultivated plants. Recognition and testing of propagating material includes assessment of the seed field inspection, sampling and testing the quality of propagating material. The form of application for recognition of propagating material is given in Annex 1.
