Resumen This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, lays down measures for the prevention against harmful organisms which are: (1) compliance with rotational crops in different agro-technical requirements; (2) the use of appropriate agro-technical measures, especially plowing, stubble, sowing date; (3) the use of resistant or tolerant varieties, standard or certified seed or propagating material; (4) the use of balanced fertilization, liming and irrigation or drainage; (5) preventing the spread of harmful organisms by hygiene measures, such as regular cleaning of machinery and equipment; (6) protection and enhancement of important beneficial organisms particularly appropriate to plant protection measures or the utilization of ecological infrastructures.
