Resumen

This Decree, made under section 35(1) of the Gene Technology Act, for the payment of fees that are charged for the processing of notifications and applications under the Act and for inspections and investigations in the framework of supervision under the Act. Fees concern applications and notifications related to the contained use of GMO's and the deliberate release of GMO's into the environment, and inspections by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health, the Finnish Environment Institute and the Finnish Food Safety Authority.
