Resumen This Decree approves the Hunting Regulation. This Regulation, consisting of 58 articles divided into nine Chapters and one Annex, establishes the terms and conditions for the exercise of the hunting activity, safeguarding the protection and conservation of fauna biodiversity, within the framework of sustainable development. In particular, it regulates the legal regime of hunting, including hunting in the conservation areas of sustainable use, which may be regulated by simple hunting license, sport hunting and commercial hunting, and hunting for multiple use areas, as well as licensing, hunting methods and tools, hunting aimed at protecting people and goods, trophies and inspection hunting, and lays down the sanctioning regime.
