Resumen This Decree sets out requirements applicable to methods and devices for collection of wild growing berries in forests. It shall be applicable to land of forest fund with the consideration of prohibition and restrictions in force under Article 19 of Forest Code. Berries shall be picked in their state of maturity by hand and/or with the use of devices in the authorized periods of collection. Manual picking of berries shall be performed by bottom-up movements. When picking blackberries and blueberries, the appliance is directed at an angle to the top. Teeth of the of the appliance must avoid catching thick bottom of the shoot. When collecting cranberries, the appliance moves on the surface of the moss and shoots. Wild berry picking device consists of teeth, a container, holder (handles) and meets the following requirements: (a) tooth spacing is at least 0.5 cm; (b) device body and teeth are made of plastic, metal, wood, rubber or a combination thereof; and (c) there are no cutting edges in the berry tearing place.
