This Decree entered into force on 1 September 1961.

Resumen

The Norwegian authorities shall carry out control of fishing activities by British vessels in accordance with provisions contained in Chapter II of Annex I and Annex II of the Fisheries Agreement concluded between Norway and the United Kingdom on 17 November 1960. Section 1 defines the areas where such control may take place. The British fisheries control authorities may carry out control on fishing by Norwegian vessels in the areas specified in section 2 and in accordance with rules laid down in Chapter III of Annex I of the Agreement above-mentioned.
