Resumen

This Decree implements Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market with respect to criteria of admission plant protection products on the Dutch market. It basically incorporates the Decree relative to ecological requirements for the admission of substances other than agricultural pesticides into the Decree containing uniform principles on plant protection substances and to repeal the Decree relative to ecological requirements for the admission of substances other than agricultural pesticides.
