Resumen: This Decree regards the reporting activity to the EU about the breaking out of certain animal diseases and about the end of restrictions ordered in relation with the breaking out of such diseases. The list of diseases, to be reported to the Commission of the European Communities, is in Annex 1. The first break out of diseases must be reported to the Commission and to each Member State in twenty-four hours. The report must contain the information listed in Annex 2.
