First entry into force on 1 January 2015. The last consolidated version entered into force on 12 June 2015.

Resumen

This Decree shall apply to public entities keeping and elaborating data and information necessary for the operation of the National Registration System and reporting activities under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and of the Kyoto Protocol and other national implementing regulations. It shall apply also to greenhouse gas emission sources which emissions equal or exceed 100 tonnes of CO2 equivalent. This Decree comprises five chapters. Chapter I regards the scope of the Decree. Chapter II provides rules on the operation of the System. Chapter III contains rules on national reporting activities. Chapter IV concerns sanctions in case of omission of data supply obligations and the publicity of reports. Chapter V provides final provisions. Annex 1 lists public entities, while Annex 2 lists greenhouse gas emission sources subject to data supply and reporting obligations.
