Entry into force notes

The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 30 April 2014.

Resumen

The purpose of the support foreseen by this Decree is the modernization of animal breeding farms so that farms be in compliance with effluent disposal requirements, improve their feeding and technical standards, animal health and food safety conditions, working conditions and efficiency of workers. This Decree determines the terms of application for support and eligible actions, obligations of beneficiaries and sanctions in case of non-fulfillment.
