Entry into force notes

The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 29 August 2013.

Resumen

This Decree shall be applied to procedures, legal transactions, legal relations in connection with the utilization of land parcels of the National Land Fund, and to natural persons, legal entities and entities without legal personality taking part in such affairs. This Decree consists of nine chapters: General provisions (I); Common rules of utilization by public tendering (II); Special rules of tendering with the objective of sale or leasing out of agricultural lands (III); Sale by public auction (IV); Rules regarding sale and lease (V); Rules of asset management (VI); Give for use of areas managed by the Natural Park Directorate (VI/A); Utilization of plots of land by exchange (VII); Control by the proprietor of land and reporting obligation of the land user (VIII); and Final provisions (IX).
