Resumen

The subsidy under this Decree is a on repayable subsidy. The objective of the subsidization is to increase the economic value of forests. This Decree contains the rules regarding the terms of access to the subsidy, eligibility, obligations of the beneficiary, administrative procedures and sanctions.
