Entry into force notes

First entry into force on 10 July 2009. The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 27 November 2015.

Resumen

The scale of these penalties is established by multiplying the rates defined in Articles 3 and 4 of this Decree with the basic contribution of forest protection (EJA) determined in Article 82, Paragraph 1 of Act No. XXXVII of 2009 on forests, on the protection and management of forests.
