Resumen

The aim of the present Decree is to lay down the criteria and procedures for the registration of plant species in the official Norwegian Plant Variety List and to ensure that these plant varieties are placed on the market in Norway in the best possible manner. This Decree shall apply to plant varieties as covered by Decree No. 1052 of 1999 concerning seeds and Decree No. 1447 of 1996 relative to seed potatoes. The National Food Authority shall be the principle authority for purposes of this Decree.
