Entry into force notes: The Decree enters into force on 1 January 2001.

Resumen: This Decree was adopted by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture. It sets out requirements applicable to closed areas and lays down protection measures against risks posed by activities involving the treatment of genetically modified organisms.
