Entry into force notes

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Resumen

This Regulation amends Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 by setting new MRLs for mandipropamid in or on fruits, vegetables, cereals, oilseeds, coffee, tea, cocoa, spices, sugar plants, animal products of terrestrial animals, milk, eggs, honey and other apiculture products, as laid down in the Annex to this Regulation. Furthermore, this Regulation corrects Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 by including a footnote requiring the provision of the missing information on the toxicity of metabolite as regards the residues of mandipropamid on potatoes, beetroots and radishes.
