Resumen: This Regulation was adopted pursuant to article 80(7) of Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market. In particular this Regulation lays down a list of candidates for substitution as regards active substances in plant protection products, according to the list set out in Directive 91/414/EEC.
