Resumen

This Decision lays down certain amendments to Decision 2006/415/EC concerning certain protection measures in relation to highly pathogenic avian influenza of the subtype H5N1 in poultry in the Community. The amendments concern the delimitation of high risk areas, the measures to be implemented immediately upon detection of the disease and the restrictions to be applied by Member States as regards the movement of poultry, captive birds as well as their hatching eggs and products.
