Firstly, it amends Annex I to Decision 82/427/EEC, which specifies the conditions to be fulfilled by breeders' organizations or associations establishing a herd book in order to be officially recognized. Secondly, this Decision amends articles 1 and 3 of Decision 84/419/EEC as regards the requirements to be met by animals for entry in the main section of the herd book of their breed.
