Resumen

A revised Community eco-label award scheme has been established by Regulation 1980/2000/EC. Pursuant to article 9 of that Regulation, the competent body shall conclude a contract with the applicant for an eco-label. The contract shall cover the terms of use of the label. The Annex to this Decision sets out the form in which the contract shall be. The following are envisaged: rights and obligations; advertising; compliance monitoring; confidentiality; suspension and withdrawal; limitation of liability and indemnity; fees, complaints; contract duration and applicable law.
