According to the Regulation, technical regulations lay down the environmental protection requirements for the intended activity at its performance site. The aforementioned requirements are binding to the person performing the activity. Technical regulations are required for the activities for which, after performance of the initial assessment, an environmental impact assessment is not necessary in accordance with the Law On Environmental Impact Assessment, or for the activities referred to in the Annex to this Regulation.
