Resumen

This Notice requires a local authority, which intends to implement the Regulations No. R. 154 of 1992 in its area of jurisdiction, to submit an application to the Director-general of Environmental Affairs. The Notice also sets out requirements for implementation, with respect to the presence of a noise control officer. The Notice also grants possibility to a local authority to implement the Regulations in part.
