Resumen

This Order defines the application sphere of the Animal Remedies Act 1993, the Control of Animal Remedies and Their Residues Regulations 1998 and the Animal Remedies Regulations 2005. These pieces of legislation shall apply to an animal, being: (a) a domestic animal, (b) a wild animal in captivity, and (c) any other wild animal, to which that Act does not, but for the making of this Order, apply by virtue of section 2(1) thereof.
