Resumen

These Regulations, made by the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 10 and 12C (inserted by Section 22 of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 of the Air Pollution Act 1987 prescribe the form of Fixed Payment Notice in respect of an alleged offence under the Air Pollution Act 1987 and the European Union (Installations and Activities Using Organic Solvents) Regulations 2012 for the purposes of sections 12C of the Air Pollution Act 1987.
