Entry into force notes

This Act enters into force on 1 January 2009.

Resumen

This Act amends provisions relating to internal trade of metal waste. In particular, when buying waste from non-ferrous metals or another metal waste from the individuals are required to present identity documents of physical person or responsible officer of legal entity, or a physical person-entrepreneur in the scope: first name, surname, permanent address, identity number, business name and address of the entity or place of business of a physical person-entrepreneur, from whom metal waste is bought.
