Resumen: 1. Decide considerar más a fondo en su cuarta reunión, para su eventual aprobación, los procedimientos y mecanismos institucionales relativos al incumplimiento requeridos conforme al artículo 17 del Convenio;

2. Decide también que el proyecto de texto contenido en el anexo de la presente decisión será la base para la labor sobre los procedimientos y mecanismos institucionales que llevará a cabo en su cuarta reunión.
