Amends the Benelux Convention on the Hunting and Protection of Birds; prohibits night hunting; provides that shooting of certain game species must be carried out under a shooting plan; empowers the Committee of Ministers of the Benelux Union to regulate hunting methods and weapons and to designate those game species which shall be the subject of a shooting plan.
