Abstract

Objectives: To extend the territorial scope of the South Pacific Commission. Summary of provisions: The Agreement is amended to extend its scope of application to comprise Guam and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, as defined by Art. 1 of the Trusteeship Agreement approved by the Security Council of the United Nations on April 2, 1947.
