Such decision shall be based on a an annual assessment of utilization of the hunting block and the (assessment of) the performance of a company that hold the tenure of the hunting block after four years of tenure. Rights for hunting blocks shall be assigned in by a transparent process and not less than 30 percent of the hunting blocks shall be assigned to Tanzanian-owned companies. The Minister shall further regulate hunting blocks as set out in this amendment.
