"Natural heritage" has the same meaning as in the Convention. Where the Governor-General is satisfied that any property, identified in accordance with provisions of section 3A, is being or is likely to be damaged or destroyed, he may, by Proclamation, declare that property to be property to which section 9 applies. Section 9 defines " unlawful acts". Section 10 contains restrictions of use of property by foreign corporate bodies or companies registered in a Territory. Section 11 specifies unlawful acts in relation to Aboriginal sites.
