Exemptions include, subject to certain conditions, erecting of temporary fences for the purposes of (a) restricting the movement of animals which are grazing on the land, (b) allowing recovery of vegetation, and (c) nature conservation. “Restricted works” are: (a) works which have the effect of preventing or impeding access to or over any land to which this section applies; (b) works for the resurfacing of land.
