Abstract

The present Regulations are enacted under the Canada National Parks Act. The Wood Buffalo National Park is a World Heritage Site located in Canada. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to game in the afore-mentioned Park. The text consists of 56 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Interpretation and application (I); General prohibitions and restrictions (II); General hunting permits, trapping permits and certificates of registration (III); General rules of the Park (IV); Powers of the Director-General and the Minister (V). Four Schedules are enclosed.
