Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Saxon Nature Protection Law in its version of 3 July 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the granting of financial aid for damage caused by wolves, lynx or bears. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Purpose of the present Administrative Regulation (1); Object of funding (2); Beneficiary (3); Prerequisites for funding (4); Amount of funding (5); Proceedings (6); Entry into force (7). One Annex is enclosed.
