Abstract

These Regulations of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) prohibit the manufacture, importation, exportation, advertisement, sale or distribution of wine specified in Schedule I to these Regulations in Nigeria unless it has been registered in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. The Regulations also prescribe labelling and advertisement requirements, provide for the classification of wine and require the use and limits of any food additives or food colours in the manufacture of wine to be as approved by the Agency.
