Mai 2001 (BGBl. I S. 985) and the Wine Inspection Ordinance in the version of 14. Mai 2002 (BGBl. I S. 1624). In particular, the present Ordinance implements article 12 of the above-mentioned Wine Inspection Ordinance dealing with book-keeping proceedings, establishing that, within a month of the use of a specific book-keeping system, its authorization shall be requested at the competent authority. Article 3 of the present Ordinance establishes that whenever accompanying documents are necessary for the transportation of wine, a copy has to be sent to the competent authority. Article 4 deals with notification concerning oenological proceedings to the competent authority. The text consists of 6 articles.
