I p. 985). The text deals with the following issues: certain wine growing areas, management of the production potential, admitted wine sorts, admitted vintage, disposal of surplus harvest of grapes, production of quality wine, regional wine, registration of geographical denomination in the Wine Registry, levying of tax for the German Wine Fund, notification concerning wine growing areas, quantities of harvest and stocks, notification on oenological control proceedings, accompanying papers, penalties and entry into force.
