Abstract The objective of these Regulations, consisting of eleven Parts and three Schedules, is to provide for the following aspects: management of State Game Reserves, established under the Wildlife Act 1975; preservation of wildlife and wildlife habitat within State Game Reserves with particular emphasis on indigenous game species; hunting, taking or destroying of certain game species within State Game Reserves; and safety, enjoyment and recreation of visitors to State Game Reserves.
