Licenses shall be granted by the Guyana C.I.T.E.S. management Authority. All exporters shall have a Wildlife Register on their premises. This Register shall be made available to the Wildlife Inspector on request. The Register shall contain particulars as specified in regulation 7. Article 9 contains rules specific to birds, mammals and reptiles. The Schedule specifies license fees. Full text English
