In particular, they lay down provisions relating to wildlife parks and protected areas. They contain at the outset a definition clause referring to various terms therein employed, such as “authorized”, “camp”, “emergency”, “enclosure”, “intensive use area”, “limited use area”, “park”, “manager”, “permit”. Section 3 establishes that the Minister may issue a permit or other written authorization that allows certain activities to be carried on in a park for a certain time limit subject to these regulations.
