Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to ensure the species and singular stock of wildlife, and create a basis for proper management of wildlife resources and in particular: to protect wild animals, especially in the breeding season; to secure the quality of quantity of the stock of wild animals through the creation of wildlife reserves and the establishment, re-establishment and protection of wildlife habitat, and; to regulate hunting and to secure that hunting shall place according to ecological and ethical principles (art. 1).
