The Regulations specify: National Parks, Wildlife Sanctuaries and Wildlife Reserves that shall be either managed by the Ethiopian Wildlife Conservation Authority or regional governments and local communities; and activities that shall be prohibited (unless otherwise provided in these Regulations) in such areas, including hunting or fishing. They also define duties of local communities in respect of management.
