They outline procedures for application, approval, negotiation, and awarding of concessions, as well as the associated fees, transfers, cancellation, and other conditions. Article 5 addresses the criteria for designating concession areas, allowing the Minister to designate land upon the Board's recommendation, with requirements for a General Management Plan or Resource Management Zone Plan. Additionally, Article 6 mandates the Authority to conduct feasibility studies for viable solicited projects in Special Wildlife Investment Concession Areas.
