The period of prohibition shall be reviewed on a yearly basis until the prohibition of is lifted. The prohibition shall not apply to a person who, with the permission of the Director under section 24 of the Act, hunts or captures any animal listed in Parts l and II of the Seventh Schedule in a game farm or ranch.
