Abstract

These Regulations prescribe what are approved traps, snares and nets for the taking or killing of any wild bird or wild mammal whether or not the taking or killing is done pursuant to a licence granted under the Wildlife Act, 1976. The effect of regulation 3 of the Regulations is to make it an offence to import without licence or sell any trap, snare or net which is not a trap, snare or net described in regulation 2 commas (a), (b) and (c).
