The present Regulation enters into force on 31 March 2005.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Wildfire Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the control of forest fires. The text consists of 34 sections divided into 6 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Fire prevention (2); Fire control (3); Permissible open fires (4); Exemptions (5); Cost recovery and remedies (6). Four Schedules are enclosed.
