They also concern, among other things, the quotas of fish that can be harvested by commercial fishing engines and rod and line from rivers identified in Schedule 2. The holder of a commercial licence must ensure that any wild salmon or sea trout caught and retained, in accordance with a quota decided under these Regulations, by a commercial fishing engine, has a commercial gill tag attached to it in accordance with these Regulations. There continues in being in relation to each fishery district a Fishery District Committee, which shall specified functions under these Regulations.
