Abstract The Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme Regulations 2018 ( S.I. No. 585 of 2018 ) are amended (a) in Regulation 22, by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (9): (10) A person shall not have in his or her possession any wild salmon or sea trout which he or she knows, or in the circumstances ought to know, was taken from a river other than a river mentioned in column 2 of Schedule 2.
