Abstract

Every manufacturer of, or dealer in, animal articles or every dealer in captive animals, trophies, or uncured trophies, or every taxidermist shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, declare his stock of animal articles, captive animals, trophies, and uncured trophies, as the case may be, as on the date of such declaration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in the form given in the Schedule attached to these Rules. (2 rules)
